My adventure with construction project management began in 1998 when I started preparing for it by choosing civil engineering at the Silesian Technical University. I studied construction and then improved my knowledge further by pursuing postgraduate studies in project management and managerial studies. As a project manager, project director, and contract director at Zeman HDF and Formopex in the Adamietz group, I managed over two hundred projects, including the award-winning Złote Tarasy in Warsaw, which was honored with the European Steel Design Award, and Tollgate in Baku. Recently, I have worked on projects such as Varso Tower in Warsaw, the tallest building in the European Union, which was awarded the Eurobuild Awards 2020, and the Property Design Award-winning 2023 Summer Theater in Szczecin.
As a manager, my role is to find a client (investor, general contractor) and work together with them to carry out the entire project. This involves submitting an offer based on individually developed optimization, negotiating and agreeing on contractual conditions, coordinating design, production, logistics, and assembly, and finally settling and closing the project. Although this job is very responsible and requires competence, attentiveness, and consistency, it gives me great satisfaction I pay particular attention to the preparation and implementation of individual technical solutions that give a competitive advantage not only in terms of project costs but also improve efficiency at every stage of implementation and operation of the completed project.
